What is a whisper alert?

• Early Reversal is underway but not yet started (starting vs started)
• The Qualified alert (without whisper) is an Early Reversal that is starting (not necessarily confirmed)
• Note that a reversal attempt can be confirmed (holding alert price), just to go lower anyways = the alert signals the attempt not the guarantee
