1. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes — you can cancel at any time via your Account page.

  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid period (monthly or annual), after which your account will deactivate.


2. Does payment auto-renew?

Yes — your subscription plan (monthly or annual) will automatically charge your saved payment method upon renewal

  • You cannot disable auto-renew from within the system.

  • However, you can cancel at any time via your Account page.


3. How to report a bug

To report a bug: open the platform dashboard and click the Feedback tab on the right side of the interface.
